Introduction
Tomorrow I am not going to be so sick. I promised it to myself. Again. Tomorrow I am not going to think about food the whole time. I will have positive thoughts. I will find a way out of the negativity. I will find my way out.
Tomorrow I am not going to think about my body and how it looks like. I am not going to hate it and I am not going to hate the food either. I will try to find a way to love both again. And I will make it.
I will be normal again. I will be positive.
These are some of the thoughts I have after a binge eating episode. I always promise myself that it will be the last time. Maybe you promise yourself every day that it will be the last time but the last time will really come.
